Assistant to the CEO
Ms. Bai serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO as well as the Head of Administration & Office Management for the firm's global offices.
Prior to joining TRG in June 2005, she held administrative leadership roles at Sanofi, where she supported the Vice President of Marketing and Executive Committee members; at Credit Lyonnais, where she worked closely with senior executives in New York and Paris; and at Pechiney Corporation, where she supported the CEO of the U.S. holding company and liaised with global offices. Earlier in her career, she founded and operated French Pink, a boutique retail business, managing purchasing, finance, marketing, and customer engagement.
Ms. Bai earned a Bachelor of Arts in French and Art History from Manhattanville College.
